About Your Consultant
I am a dedicated educator, leader, and organizational development practitioner who is passionate about empowering students with learning disabilities and their families to reach their full academic potential. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University and a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia, and I have developed a deep expertise in the field of education.
Over the past twenty-five years, I have supported families and students navigating the unique challenges and triumphs that come with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, and executive function disorders. I draw from my experience working in both college preparatory independent schools and specialized schools. My passion lies in guiding students toward inclusive, nurturing learning environments that best match their academic profiles, allowing them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Through my dedication and expertise, I continue to drive positive change, helping families advocate for their children and supporting their educational journeys with compassion and a deep understanding.
I live in the Greater Atlanta area with my husband and the youngest of our four children. I enjoy exploring locally owned restaurants, traveling and experiencing new cultures, reading fiction novels, gathering with family, and savoring lazy Sundays.
