About the Team
Angela Robertson M.Ed
Founder

Angela Robertson is a dedicated educator, leader, and organizational development practitioner who is on a mission to empower students and families to reach their full academic potential. With a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Indiana University and a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development from the University of Georgia, Angela has cultivated deep expertise in the educational field.
With a deep passion for helping others, Angela shares her extensive knowledge gained over twenty-five years of experience as an educator and administrator with families, administrators, and edupreneurs in independent schools. She is committed to sharing her developed organizational development and leadership skills with aspiring leaders, administrators, and edupreneurs.
Angela's passion lies in creating inclusive, nurturing learning environments that encourage all students' growth, learning, and success. Through her dedication and expertise, she continues to drive positive change and support the educational journey of students and their families.
Angela lives in the Greater Atlanta Area with her husband and the youngest child of four children. She enjoys exploring locally owned restaurants, traveling and exploring other cultures, reading fiction novels, family gatherings, and lazy Sundays.
Dhara Javia, MAT

With a decade of diverse experience in the education sector, Dhara has established herself as a dedicated educator and community advocate. Her career spans various segments of the education industry, including both public and independent/private schools, where she has developed a robust skill set in teaching, administration, and community engagement. Beyond her educational roles, Dhara actively supports social impact projects around Metro Atlanta. She has further honed her leadership abilities through various leadership cohorts, including assessment/aspiring school administrator and instructional leadership programs at Mercer University. These experiences have equipped her with the tools for effective school administration and instructional leadership.
Her educational background is comprehensive and well-rounded. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) with a focus on Middle School Education from Mercer University. Before transitioning into education, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business.
Dhara lives in Milton, GA, with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, experiencing other cultures, and social gatherings with family and friends.
Dorothy Kindred
Academic and Professional Consultant, Academic Coach

Dorothy is an experienced school administrator with a proven track record of improving student outcomes and fostering a positive school culture. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Teaching, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Dorothy is passionate about creating equitable and inclusive learning environments that empower students to reach their full potential.
As a former principal and experienced assistant principal, Dorothy has led schools in diverse communities. Her expertise includes instructional leadership, professional development, program implementation, curriculum writing, and school operations. With almost twenty years in education serving Title I schools, Dorothy has held elementary, middle, high, and district roles. She has had success in the following areas:

Opening a medical magnet high school as principal, overseeing all aspects of its development.

Leading professional development initiatives to enhance teacher effectiveness and student achievement.

Implementing innovative Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Advanced Placement programs at the high school level.

Dorothy lives in the Greater Atlanta area with her husband, three children, and fur baby Otis. She enjoys crafting, reading, traveling, playing golf, volunteering at her children’s schools, and baking.
Rachel Whilby, M. Ed
Private OG Tutor and Academic Coach
Rachel has over 15 years of experience supporting academic progress for students from age 4 through post-secondary. Rachel holds an Ed.M. in Sociology and Education from Columbia University, an M.Ed. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College, and a B.A. in Educational Studies and Sociology from Emory University.
Rachel has served in various educational roles, including as a fifth-grade teacher and team leader at Swift School, an independent school in Roswell, GA, specializing in students with language-based learning differences. While there, she earned her Classroom Educator certification from the Academy of Orton-Gillingham in 2018. Prior to Swift, Rachel spent six years at The Windward School in New York, where she held multiple roles, including Coordinator of Diversity and Community Outreach, Research Associate, and Middle School teacher, gaining extensive training in multi-sensory direct instruction methodologies.
Rachel enjoys taking her furry baby for walks. She is passionate about making jewelry, doing various arts and crafts, and gardening. And yes, I need to check my Google Photos.
Tasha Bender-Cummings,

Tasha Bender-Cummings is a seasoned professional with experience in the administrative functions of private school admissions. Holding a Master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, she fosters positive educational experiences for families.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, walking her dog, and advocating for her youngest daughter, who has a diagnosed learning difference. Passionate about education and community support, Tasha strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students and their families.
